The DNA Appliance™ is developed by Dr. Dave Singh. He found a natural method that utilizes a removable appliance that consist of 3-D Axial springs™ that are specially made from Do-Not-Adjust wire™ or DNA wire™to move teeth into their correct positions, using the concept of Epigenetic Orthodontics to enhance craniofacial development. Epigenetic orthodontics uses a person's natural genes to correct and straighten the teeth without the use of force brackets.

Traditional orthodontic treatments that employ brackets and wires on teeth apply a much bigger force than the DNA appliance to move teeth. Epigenetic Orthodontics differs from the traditional way of moving teeth.  It does not  employ  heavy mechanical forces to move teeth, but a patented removable Daytime-Nighttime Appliance™

(or DNA appliance™) is worn during the evening and while patient is sleeping to gently correct the positions of the teeth in its own natural way.

There is evidence available in dental and medical literature that the DNA appliances™ help to guide the teeth, jaws, TMJ, face and airway into more optimal relations for functions, such as sleep and breathing.  The DNA appliance protocols are also effective in addressing issues such as TMD and obstructive sleep apnea in both adults and children without using surgery, drugs or injections.
